For Shropshire organisers
Event ticketing for Shropshire
Online tickets for Shropshire concerts, theatre and hall nights, shows, rallies and community events, with help from a business based on the Wales and Shropshire border.
Moving to online sales
A practical starting point for your committee
If your event has relied on cash at the door or the gate, start with a clear offer for advance tickets and a simple plan for checking them on arrival.
Agree what buyers see
Decide which ticket types you need, what buyers should be told, and whether you'll pay the fees or buyers will.
Prepare the people using it
Set up the event yourself, or use the help with your first event and the training included in our fees. Online meetings let your team take part wherever they are.
Agree help on site in advance
Visits to check the signal at your site are by arrangement. Being there on the day, connectivity equipment and other site services are priced separately.
Across Shropshire
For town venues and village committees alike
We welcome organisers in Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Ludlow, Bridgnorth and Market Drayton, from town halls and theatres to village halls and rural event sites across Shropshire.
Set up online, wherever your team meets
Prepare your ticket types and booking page in an online meeting and training session. Volunteers can learn the process before the event, without a site visit just to start selling.
Need someone at the venue?
Tell us where the event is and what needs to work on site. Visits are by arrangement; being there on the day, equipment and any travel are agreed separately.
Just across the border
What changed at Caersws Vintage Rally
Our work with Caersws Vintage Rally in Powys began with exhibitor registration in 2024. Online tickets followed in 2025 and ran again in 2026. It's a useful example for committees thinking about advance tickets for the first time.
The organising club, MWVMC, offered a small discount for booking ahead and paid the fees itself, helped by a sponsor, using tools we supplied for advertising space on tickets.
The gate team handled less cash and had fewer payment problems, especially when checking tickets while visitors stayed in their vehicles.
