Online booking for concerts and shows, hall nights and rallies, and practical help for the people running the event.

Delivered locally

From postal forms to online registration at Caersws

Our work with Caersws Vintage Rally began with exhibitor registration in 2024, moving a mostly postal process online. We added online ticket sales and QR tickets in 2025, and ran both again in 2026.

About 350 exhibitors registered online in 2025, and about the same again in 2026. The work also included QR exhibitor passes, guidance packs and email reports to each section.

Visitors arriving at the entrance of a rural event

Across Powys

Town events, village halls and rural showgrounds

We welcome organisers in Welshpool, Newtown, Llanidloes, Machynlleth and Llandrindod Wells, and the villages and rural communities around them.

Start without a site visit

Your committee can talk through the event, set up ticket types and do the training online. You don't need to be in a town centre to sell tickets in advance.

The practical help your entrance needs

If you need a signal check or help in person, tell us where the event is and how the entrance works. Visits are by arrangement; equipment, being there on the day and any travel are agreed separately.

Plan for your entrance

Every entrance needs more than a booking link

Whether it's a hall door or a field gate, start with how people arrive and who will check tickets.

A hall or venue door?

Set a limit that matches the room, put the time doors open on every ticket, and check tickets as people come in, so nobody queues to pay.

Visitors staying in their vehicles?

Plan where staff check QR tickets, and where visitors paying on arrival are dealt with. Advance tickets take payment out of that conversation.

Not sure about signal?

Talk to us about the entrances, power and signal before choosing equipment. One visit to check your site can be arranged as part of the help with your first event. Providing connectivity costs extra.

A volunteer team on the entrance?

Use the training to prepare the people who will actually check tickets. We can be there on the day by separate agreement.
