How much does it cost?
Ticketing has no subscription or setup fee, and free events cost nothing to list. Paid orders have a clear platform fee that helps support the ticketing system, gate scanning and organiser tools. Connectivity, WiFi, CCTV and PA work is quoted per job.
How do I arrange connectivity, WiFi, CCTV or PA for my event?
Get in touch with your site, dates and what you are trying to run. We will work out what is realistic and quote the technical support separately from ticketing.
Is attendee data handled securely?
Yes. Stripe processes card details, personal data is removed once it is no longer needed, and the service is hosted on UK-based servers.
