Technical experience, local event delivery
Lloyd Event Technology is part of Lloyd Communications. Toby brings 15 years of communications, cloud and network experience to the systems organisers use at real events.
Our work with Caersws Vintage Rally began with exhibitor registration in 2024. Online ticket sales and QR tickets followed in 2025, and both ran again in 2026. Exhibitors moved from mostly postal forms to online registration, with QR passes, guidance packs and email reports to each section.

Being there on the day is agreed and priced separately. Connectivity, CCTV and exhibitor registration cost extra. Any further help with setup or training is quoted in advance.

Based on the border, with support online
We're based on the Wales and Shropshire border, with local support across Powys and Shropshire. Online ticketing and online meetings work anywhere. Visits to check the signal at your site are by arrangement, and being there on the day is agreed and priced separately.
