Pricing for practical event systems

Ticketing and admissions have a clear per-order fee. Connectivity, WiFi, CCTV and PA are quoted separately because each venue, field and temporary site needs a different setup.

Ticketing

No monthly subscription and no setup fee. Free events are free. Paid events are charged per order, and you choose whether the buyer pays the fee at checkout or whether you absorb it.

Site services

Connectivity, WiFi, CCTV and PA are quoted separately after we understand the venue, dates, coverage and equipment needed, so ticketing fees stay separate from site-specific technical work.

Ticketing fee tiers

The platform fee is based on the order subtotal, with one flat fee per order. It is not charged once for every ticket in the order.

Order subtotal Percentage fee Flat fee per order
Under £10.00 6% £0.20
£10.00 to under £30.00 5% £0.20
£30.00 and above 4% £0.20

Choose who pays the ticketing fee

The same platform fee applies either way. You decide whether it is added for the buyer at checkout or absorbed into your ticket income.

Buyer pays the fee

The fee is added at checkout. The buyer pays the ticket subtotal plus the platform fee, and you receive the ticket subtotal.

You absorb the fee

The buyer only sees the ticket price you set. The platform fee is deducted from the order before your payout.

Which option should I choose?

There is no single right answer. It depends how your audience expects to buy tickets and how clearly you want to advertise the final price.

Think about checkout friction

If visitors see one price on your posters, website or social posts, then meet an added fee at checkout, some may feel the ticket costs more than advertised.

One clear ticket price can feel better

For public events, it can be better to set the ticket price high enough to cover the fee and absorb it yourself. The buyer sees one simple price from listing to checkout.

Passing the fee on can still make sense

If margins are tight, or you want the ticket income to stay separate from platform costs, adding the fee at checkout can be the clearer option.
